Yes, we strive to provide a family friendly venue! We encourage you to bring your kids, set up a blanket or chairs, and enjoy the show! 

You will not receive a physical ticket and will not need one to check in at the Guest Service Desk! You will receive an email confirmation after purchasing for your records. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at info@bousquetmountian.com and we will ensure your purchase was completed.

Summit Sounds tickets are non-refundable. In the case of severe weather, we have will move the event to the rain date. If you are unable to attend the rain date you can contact (413) 442-8985 or email info@bousquetmountain.com to learn about your options. 

You should park and proceed to the front of the building through the sliding double doors and check in at the Guest Service Desk in the main lobby. There will be two lines – one to check in if you have pre-purchased your tickets and one where you can purchase tickets the day of the show.  

All guests ride the chairlift from the base to the summit of Bousquet. Once the concert is over, all guests ride the chairlift back down to the base area.

Please note the chairlift starts running at 5pm, and music and food begin at 6pm. The chairlift will pause from 6:45-7:30pm. Downloading begins at 7:30pm, and music wraps up at 8pm.

We understand that dogs are part of your family as well but due to the number of people and nature of our concerts, pets are not allowed on premises. Pets may not be left unattended in cars or leashed in the parking lot.  

You are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages, but outside food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted. 

You are more than welcome to hike up to enjoy Summit Sounds, but all guests must purchase a ticket to enjoy the show. 

If you are at the summit without a ticket, you will be asked to return to the bottom to purchase a ticket. 

There are a limited number of picnic tables and Adirondack chairs available outside for public use, but we encourage you to bring your own seating or a blanket or two to ensure that you have a comfortable place to enjoy the show.   

Yes! There will be bag checks conducted in the lobby upon entry, in compliance with the alcohol licensing board.
