FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

FAQS

No, season pass holders can ski with no restrictions, without a reservation. Go from your car directly to the lift line!

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Device) cards have replaced our paper tickets.

When you purchase a lift ticket, you’ll receive an RFID card that allows you to reload additional lift tickets or season passes onto that same card via your mobile phone or computer.

The credit card-sized pass can be kept in your pocket, and is scanned at the lift gates to allow access.

You can pick up your RFID card (which you’ll need to access the lifts) from one of our ticket kiosks or at a ticket window.

You can reload your RFID on our website, or day-of at a ticket window.

You should arrive about an hour before  your scheduled lesson begins, to ensure that you have time to get your rentals and be dressed and ready at the start of your lesson.

We recommend getting dressed and storing items you won’t need to access in your car. Our parking lots are conveniently located near the lodge.

It definitely simplifies things to arrive wearing your thermals, ski pants, ski socks, and jacket.

If you are renting equipment you may want to return to your vehicle to store your shoes and other belongings – while we do offer lockers (for a fee), they fill up quickly during weekend and holiday periods.

Some people will carry a small backpack on the mountain for easy access to their keys, wallet, water, and anything else they may need when skiing or boarding.

In addition to skiing and snowboarding, Bousquet Mountain offers snow tubing, which is perfect for families and non-skiers. We also host various events throughout the season, including live music, races, and winter festivals. Discover more about our winter activities on our Events page.

We recommend reserving lift tickets and rentals in advance, especially during peak weekends and holidays. Booking online guarantees your spot and helps avoid long lines on arrival. Visit our Ticketing and Rentals pages to secure your tickets and gear.

Snow tubing at Bousquet Mountain is fun for all ages, but participants must be at least 42 inches tall to ride. Children should always be accompanied by an adult. Visit our Snow Tubing page for more details.

Yes! If you’ve purchased Trip Protection, you can cancel or reschedule your lesson up to 24 hours before your scheduled time and receive a full refund (minus the protection fee). For more information, check out our Policies Page

Amanda Cozzaglio

Amanda started at Bousquet in September, 2022.

She was born and raised in the Berkshires and currently resides in Pittsfield. She loves to be outside in the summer months hiking the various trails we have to enjoy, biking on the Rail Trail or kayaking anywhere there is water. Although she enjoys the warm weather over the cold, she is excited to appreciate the winter beauty on a whole other level and brush up on her skiing skills!

When Amanda is not working, she thoroughly enjoys spending time with her family (mainly her 5 nephews and 1 sweet little niece 😊)
