Please know that we will operate when it’s raining, cold, or snowing during the winter and we cannot guarantee the weather on any given day, especially when reservations booked in advance. You agree to accept the possibility that the weather may not be ideal on the day of your scheduled event, but if we are open, we are not able to refund or reschedule your event.

Each participant will need a signed waiver to participate, even adults. Minors need a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. Download an individual waiver or family waiver (to be used by immediate family members only) and bring it with you when you arrive to expedite your check in process! Bring your own helmet or rent one if you’d like!

tube town rules
- One person per tube
- Must be over 42” and able to ride independently
- Must be sitting on tube – no belly, standing or kneeling riders
- Make sure the lane is clear before going
- Start your run ONLY when instructed to do so
- No one under the influence is allowed to tube
- No ski boots allowed
- No running starts
- Clear the run-out area as quickly as possible – ask for help if needed
- No tubing when the tube park is closed
- Lastly, and most importantly, HAVE FUN!
