Bousquet Ski Area is a 200-acre ski area in Pittsfield, MA, nestled within the Berkshires cultural region. The resort features a vertical drop of 750 feet, twenty-four trails, two lifts, two magic carpets, one terrain park, and 85% snow-making coverage. Bousquet has a rich background of ski area history becoming one of the first ski areas in America to host snowmaking abilities as well as night time skiing with our early partnership with General. Electric. Bousquet has also had its taste of special guests that have graced our ski area over the years including Gerald Ford, and John F Kennedy. Bousquet has produced a numerous amount of Olympians such as the Heidi Voelker, The Schmidingers and other local talent. We pride ourselves as a great ski school mountain. We have fantastic programs for all ages and levels. If in the Berkshires, you can visit Jiminy Peak only 20 minutes from Bousquet, Ski Butternut only 30 minutes, Catamount Ski Area with adventure park and zipline only 40 minutes and Berkshire East home of the longest zipline in Massachusetts one hour.
